Conversations
Conversations appear across LeadLoop in a variety of formats to help you never miss inbound client communication.
LeadLoop lets you know you have an email, text, web form, or phone call in each of the following ways:
- Notifications alerts you to new incoming communications in real-time, from anybody who is already a lead or customer of yours in LeadLoop.
- Pipeline Records are marked wih a red numbered dot to indicate any active or unanswered conversations.
- And your Conversations Tab displays every inbound communication from leads or customers.
Responding to a conversation from anywhere in LeadLoop removes each of these notifications simultaneously.
Your Pipeline can also be filtered to highlight only those records with unhandled communication, so you can prioritize responding to unanswered inquiries.
Conversations displays a chronological list of all unhandled communications from anyone who has a record in LeadLoop, even after a customer has been removed from your Pipeline after having been marked “Won” or “Lost.”
