As you begin using LeadLoop for texting, emailing and phone calls, you will want to make sure that you are catching any responses from prospects and rapidly handling them. 

To help with that, when there is an unhandled communication on a record, you will see a red number here next to the green arrow on their pipeline record. 

You can also filter the pipeline down to only those records with unhandled communications so you can get them handled swiftly. 

There is another place you can see unhandled communications, it’s the conversations tab. 

This is a summary of all unhandled communications from anyone who has a record in leadloop. It’s important to note that even after someone is taken off of your active pipeline for follow up by marking it as won or lost, they can still send in a text or an email which is important to see and respond to. 

A good practice is to regularly check the conversations tab and handle any unread or unhandled communications along with handling any new leads in your inbox. That way you make sure you are handling the people who are in touch as a priority, then following up with everyone else in your pipeline.
